menopause stage monitoring and health-care system
Abstract
We have participated in the study with the hospital “Kangbuk Samsung Medical Center(KSMC)”. The KSMC are running the project of “Assessment of Women's Health During Menopausal Periods”. KSMC will implementa survey about 3000 patients in the target. In order to receive feedback for the many people byaservice system, we induce the patient to attempts to enter information positively. We should build the service system by application, server and so on. Furthermore, we will analyze the collected data, and try to be helpful to the project of KSMC.

A Wearable Device Sensing and Visualizing Fetal Movements. HCI-K 2015
Abstract
This study purposed to develop smart maternity wear, which is a wearable computer that senses and visualize fetal movements, and to evaluate its usability. Before making the prototype, we conducted a preliminary survey and, based on the results, visualized fetal movements intuitively in the form of fetal footprint. The prototype was built with Lilypad Arduino, conductive thread, pressure sensor, and various LED’s, and then its usability was tested. When satisfaction, fitness, practicality, intuitiveness, and sympathy were evaluated with 50 participants, the use of the smart maternity wear was found to enhance the level of empathy and increase communication among the family members.

The Monitoring service for the senior living alone
Abstract
The gait is an important part of healthy life. In this study, we design a visual feedback system for gait management. Previous studies are primarily focused on technology to accurately measure walking. Therefore, we suggest a system to monitor gait in real-time and provide visual feedback information. System structure involves wearable device and SmartPhone application. The goal of our study is to increase motivation and help to correct the gait for user.

Interactive mobile for toddler and parents.
Abstract
Our goal is to make an interactive mobile which can control by parents when apart from their child. The mobile consist of sensors which are camera, microphone, speaker, thermometer, and hygrometer. Parents can perceive child’s activity, voice in addition to temperature and humidity of child’s room.

Smart wig for cancer patients
Abstract
Smart Wig is a wearable device for cancer patients; this item helps them to go outdoors safer. Smart Wig continuously checks the patient’s pulse and body temperature so that it can prepare for the emergency. It also gives alarm to the user’s acquaintances to rescue him/her earlier when the user loses his/her consciousness-this is detected by our fall detection algorithm.

The Emotion visualization LBSNS Platform using Wearable device
Abstract
In these days there are so many information from internet. For example, postings of SNS users, bloger and search engine. These are very rapidly posted and disappeared. So, Users are exposed unidentified information floods. It couldn`t hard to judge which information is true or not. Because of, The rates or reviews are controlled from Big hands who like as big enterprises and star bologers. Moreover, When Someone decide to eat, rest, services or sightseeing, The individual person has little bit difference emotion can get it. The reason why Each people has each life style. These kind of reason that make to effect decision making where we go for eat, rest, sightseeing. So, The exposed users believe that information has responsibility. Even if it is one of noise marketing. When someone feel something about awesome between terrible, there is largely level of emotion changes. So, We researched to catch of this levels of changes. Could we make some responsibility rates from the individual bio-data? Focusing on this point, We simply start our idea. We are on going to design the HeartMap : LBSNS Service platform. For the our research have 3 goals. First, We designed wearable device for gathering bio-data and GPS logging. Second, The software include emotion classification algorithm for the users emotion variation analysis. Third, LBSNS Emotion level map like weather cast. So, our idea "Heartmap" will help to decide which places or stores have how big emotion levels. So, Users can decide and judge which information have responsibility. Also Users can use for their personal plan reflected our information their lunch, journey, memorable plan. In the conclusion, The idea introducing of our HeartMap, We detect user`s emotion and visualize to cartography map. It supports to decide information decision and responsibility especially in the case of Peer to peer.

Wristband-form haptic transferring wearable device
Abstract

Men were always eager to be connected to each other. A lot of research and experiments already proved that a man is the most social-oriented creature above all in the earth. Moreover, when we look at the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, we can see that a man requires a need for love/belonging which is related to the communication, right after the safety need and physiological need which are considered as the most essential part for a life.

These days, the power of connecting each person is getting more stronger than ever by using a internet. People try to be online in groups all the time through smartphone, laptop, and desktop. Moreover, the objects are now connected to other objects it-selves via internet which we can call it the internet of things. In this fundamental need of a man to be connected and the flow of a social-oriented technologies developing, we launched this project to create a wearable device specifically for the couple.

The prototype we are trying to develop in this project, are form of wristband having two simple functions. Firstly, it is paired to another certain wristband through internet all the time if the WIFI is around.(*for prototype it would be connected via bluetooth) Then the user can tap or stroke the wristband as a input signal and the another paired wristband will respond to the signals with feedbacks of haptic and visual cues. This simple but intuitive interaction will enhance the relationship between couple more rigidly.

Interactive Taxi Interface Design for the Visually Impaired
Abstract
While taxies are widely considered as an easily accessible form of transportation to many, for the visually impaired, utilizing taxi services can be a significant challenge. In this project we envision a system architecture where visually impaired people use GPS-enabled mobile computing devices to easily reserve and access taxi services.
