휴먼 ICT 융합학과는 인간 중심 ICT(모바일, 네트워크, 인간친화적 지능화)를 기반으로 하여, 스마트 라이프 문화이해, 디자인적 감성, 마케팅능력을 함양하여, 스마트 케어를 위한 감성인지 UI/UX의 새로운 가치를 창조해 내는 “휴메니어” (휴먼+엔지니어) 양성을 목표로 한다.

Curriculum
Objective
In order to providing human with comfort, satisfaction and happiness, this course studies user experience based on human-centered IT Convergence exploring human culture and life style so that students are cultivated as a multidisciplinary convergent innovator with having creativity and communication ability throughout team-worked convergent thinking of ICT-design-humanity.
Project Topics and Contents
IoT, Pervasive/Wearable User Interface for Smart Phone, Smart Grid, Smart Vehicle, or Smart Energy, etc.
Mobile Cyber Physical System fusion Sensor (touch screens, cameras, GPS chips, microphone, light sensors, proximity sensors)

Street Light utilizing Bicycle Motor Energy – Enerbee

One is street light utilizing bicycle while traveling will create some kinetic energy such as vibration, and we store them for the future use for example lightening the street light.
The vibration energy will be converted into electrical energy by using piezo-electrical materials. We harvest energy by accumulation like bees harvest honey by pollination.
Climate changes reduce the population of the endangered honey bee. If bees are endangered, it will be lethal for human being since 80% of the global plant is pollinated by bees. To prevent the honey bee, we have to rebuild the global eco-environment by producing green energy.

User centered interface in the Self-regulated learning (1st place, LINC, Hanyang Univ. )

As the ‘E-learning’ has been spread across the world, a number of online learner has grown dramatically. Nowadays, it is common to have access to lectures via online in all of the schools. The biggest benefit of E-learning is for learners to do "self regulated learning" such as controling video contents, speed of lectures and learning progress. However, it can be the interruptions, as the learners often handle the video too much during study. In this paper, we suggest a function such that when the learner drops down his/her head while taking a note, the speed of video player slows down. In this way, learner is supported to write a note easily without additional manipulation, such as pause, backward. We test to verify the efficiency of the presented function, by comparing the normal learning condition in common with those with wearing head mounted devices which is controlling speed of media. In our experimental result, a subject learning in environment with speed control function was able to do note taking more efficiently.
